The following personnel constitutes Lowther-Rolton’s board of directors.
- Mal Coates: Chairman and Director
- Bob Dodd: Founding member, Secretary and Managing Director
- Willem Kole: Financial Director
The above board remains similar to that when the company was founded, with the exception that messrs Lowther and Rolton have passed wholly their involvement and interest in the company, founded with Bob Dodd, to Mal Coates and Willem Kole.
The above noted individuals are the only shareholders of the company and are committed to upholding the values of Lowther-Rolton while increasing the company in stature, staff and presence strategically across the globe.
At no time shall the company forget its ‘roots’ being founded on expert practicable advice and not become a ‘body shop’ the added value of design and construction teamed with load movement engineering is a unique combination that sets the company aside from others.
